Problem To flesh out research and create an intutive icon that pairs with the standards of the US Forest Service addressing its navigation systems as found within the intranet firefighter training program tests. A hierarchy of visual flat illustrations were to be iterated over a series of graphite sketchs that yet were to be refined using a light table to clean up the line work shapes and formulate a ready made scan for digital rendering.
